Cookie policy

Cookies (and similar storage like localStorage) are small pieces of data the site keeps in your browser. Here is exactly what this site stores and why.

1. Essential storage

These run without analytics consent because they provide a feature you request:

• auralight.cart.v1 — the contents of your cart, kept in your own browser so it survives a refresh. Never sent anywhere until you check out.
• auralight.reward_link and auralight.reward_visitor — set when you open a referral or affiliate link. They remember that link for 30 days so we can apply its first-order discount, count one unique visit and attribute a completed order. The visitor value is a random identifier, not an advertising profile.
• auralight.cookie-consent — your answer to the cookie banner, so we stop asking.
• Stripe cookies — set by Stripe during checkout for fraud prevention and to complete payment. Governed by Stripe’s cookie policy.

2. Optional analytics

With your consent, we count page views and general referral sources in aggregate to see which products people actually look at. This is separate from the shared-link reward described above. It uses no cross-site tracking, advertising IDs or sale of data.

3. What we don’t do

• No third-party advertising cookies.
• No social media pixels.
• No fingerprinting.

4. Managing cookies

You can change your analytics choice below at any time. You can also clear the site’s storage in your browser settings; doing so empties your cart and removes any unredeemed shared-link attribution.
